Shanice Miller
I am a business productivity consultant, specializing in project management for nonprofit organizations, helping clients ranging from small startups to multi-million dollar nonprofits save hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars. My passion for identifying and solving inefficiencies began when I sold my first business, an educational consultancy that was recognized in Forbes and BET, at a less than premium price point because I didn’t have systems and processes streamlined and documented. Over the last 10 years, I have used my ability to identify operation inefficiencies and create solutions to not only help save my clients’ nonprofits (and hairlines), but to also fall in love with them again.
